Do you have experience of working in a busy administrative role and want to support our learners at the University?

This role will give you the opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills through the development and administration of enquiry services, whether this be face to face, by telephone, email or live chat. You will have excellent project management skills to support reporting of various requirements including the finance element to the funding bodies of this externally funded project, whilst keeping all stakeholders informed.

A high level of time management and organisational skills will be required to manage this project through to completion.

The Help to Grow project is a professional development course which runs over 12 weeks and includes online and face-to-face sessions, 1 to 1 mentoring, and peer networking. With just one session a week, it is designed to fit around existing work and personal commitments, allowing delegates to finish the course ready to lead on the delivery of increased profitability, innovation, and growth.

This role will support the administration of the project and support the cohorts of students who are enrolled onto the programme.  This will include, but not limited too, enrolment onto VLE platforms, supporting the finances for the programme and the learners and supporting the delivery of the teaching programme.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working on campus as the role requires.

For an informal conversation about this role please contact Tracy Hicks, Senior Operations Manager email thicks@lincoln.ac.uk
