The College of Science currently consists of eight Schools and a Department; Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Life Sciences, Mathematics & Physics, the National Centre for Food Manufacturing, Pharmacy and the Lincoln Institute of Agri-Food Technology.  The College, which is driving world-leading developments in autonomous systems, agri-food technology, medical vision, power and energy, biosciences, flood risk assessment and climate change impacts, is going through a period of rapid development and change.

The College is seeking to appoint a Schools Administration Manager to provide support and ensure the effective and efficient operation of University Registry administrative processes within the Schools of, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics & Physics, and the Lincoln Institute of Agri-Food Technology, ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures. A key requirement of the role will be to continually improve the student experience by identifying areas of concern and facilitating resolution as quickly as possible.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a highly collaborative style with the ability to command the respect of colleagues across all levels of the Institution. Working as part of a highly motivated team, they will be able to use their initiative, prioritise workload and have the ability to cope in a dynamic and challenging environment. Experience of working in a related Higher Education environment is essential.
