An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the University of Lincoln’s team of senior operational leaders.  The Lincoln International Business School, one of the four academic Colleges of the University of Lincoln, is looking to appoint a new College Director of Operations.  Working for the Pro-Vice Chancellor and Head of College, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role on the College Leadership Team.

The Director of Operations will take the lead in devising, supporting, and coordinating the College strategic and operational processes, including, but not limited to: the annual College portfolio and budgeting planning cycles, student administration, workloading and timetabling, marketing and communications, the monitoring of key performance indicators, AACSB accreditation planning, space planning, and oversight of the College Risk Register.

In addition, the Director of Operations will provide overall operational management of the College; in particular, to lead the professional services team; to lead the liaison and coordination with central services to continuously improve operational processes; to support the implementation of all University policies and monitor compliance at College level including those related to finances, planning, resource allocation, estate management, risk, and Health and Safety.
