Tired of an 80-hour week, split shifts and days off together if you are lucky?

The University of Lincoln is seeking an experienced Chef to join the catering team to help grow our conference, hospitality and fine dining business on our Brayford and Riseholme campuses.

There are two shift patterns that will be worked 5 days over 7 for the next 6 months, after this there may be revisions. 05:30am to 1.00pm and 1.30pm to 9.00pm, minor changes may be possible subject to the business needs. Applicants must be able to cover both shifts and have their own transport.
