            <p id="isPasted"><span style="font-size: 14px;">The University of Lincoln is seeking a proactive and organised Student and Partnerships Administrator to support our expanding defence and executive education portfolio.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Based within the Office for Executive Education and Skills, you will play a key role in supporting the student journey from enquiry through to graduation. Working closely with academic colleagues and external partners, you will help coordinate programme delivery, support governance and quality processes, and ensure a high-quality experience for learners across undergraduate and postgraduate provision.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">This role involves liaising with defence and sector partners, assisting students in navigating University systems, coordinating onboarding and events, supporting invoicing and administrative processes, and contributing to compliance with defence-related protocols. You will act as a key point of contact for programme-related queries and help ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">We are looking for someone with experience in work-based learning environments and understanding of the defence and security context, who can manage multiple priorities and build positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, alongside a commitment to delivering an excellent student experience.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a strategically important and growing area of the University&rsquo;s work.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;" id="isPasted">The post requires you to obtain <strong>Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)</strong> clearance.</span></p>
