            <p data-pasted="true">The University of Lincoln is the academic partner of &#39;Team Fisher&#39;, the name given to the consortium of partners led by Capita Plc which was awarded the &#39;Selborne&#39; contract to deliver transformational training and education to the Royal Navy in 2021. The University&#39;s dedicated Project Team is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the delivery of Selborne.</p><p>Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of academic programmes delivered in partnership with Team Fisher organisations.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>You will provide high-quality administrative support across the full student journey, from enrolment through to graduation. This includes coordinating student records, supporting assessment processes, and ensuring compliance with University procedures.</p><p>You will work closely with academic colleagues, professional services staff and external partners, helping to ensure the smooth running of programmes and maintaining strong relationships across the project.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="margin-left: 24px;">Supporting student enrolment, records, and data management</li><li style="margin-left: 24px;">Coordinating assessment processes and academic boards</li><li style="margin-left: 24px;">Organising meetings and preparing documentation</li><li style="margin-left: 24px;">Managing travel arrangements and general project administration</li><li style="margin-left: 24px;">Acting as a key contact for enquiries from staff, students, and stakeholders</li></ul><p>You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. You&rsquo;ll be confident working independently, using your initiative to resolve issues and improve processes, while escalating where required.</p><p>Experience in administration is essential, ideally within a higher education or student-focused environment. Strong IT skills and attention to detail are also key.</p><p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile, multi-partner programme with national and sector significance.
