            <p id="isPasted"><strong>Be Part of Our New Shared Services Team at Lincoln</strong></p><p>Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making processes easier to navigate? The University of Lincoln is building a new Shared Services function within Digital Services, and we&rsquo;re looking for enthusiastic colleagues to join us as Assistant Shared Service Analysts.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that will transform how staff and students experience the University&rsquo;s services. You&rsquo;ll be at the front line of support, assessing user requests, signposting to self-help resources, and providing clear, professional advice. Your role will be vital in ensuring that our community receives a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience.</p><p>Working across a broad range of service management disciplines, you&rsquo;ll gain exposure to digital tools, service operations, and data administration. You&rsquo;ll develop your skills in diagnosing and resolving issues, monitoring service levels, and contributing to continual improvement.
