            <p data-start="157" data-end="487" data-pasted="true">We&#39;re looking for an experienced and motivated colleague to lead the Office for Apprenticeships and Skills on an interim basis during an important period of transition. You&#39;ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality apprenticeship and skills provision, supporting colleagues and helping to shape the future of the service.</p><p data-start="492" data-end="951">As Interim Head of Apprenticeships and Skills, you&#39;ll provide operational leadership across the University&#39;s apprenticeship and skills provision, ensuring high-quality delivery, regulatory compliance and effective management of people, operational and stakeholder matters. You&#39;ll work closely with colleagues across the University to provide visible leadership, ensure service continuity and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p data-start="956" data-end="1317">We&#39;re looking for someone with significant experience of apprenticeship and/or skills delivery, strong leadership and people management skills, and a sound understanding of apprenticeship funding and regulatory requirements.
