The University of Lincoln is seeking a part time Administrator to join our Clinical Placements Centre (CPC) based in the College of Health &amp; Science on the Brayford Campus. This is a busy and interesting role for individuals who are either experienced in, or eager to learn about all aspects of placement administration across a wide range of health-related programmes, such as nursing, social work, pharmacy, medicine, dentistry and allied health professions.</p><p>As an Administrator in the Clinical Placements Centre, you will have an opportunity to play an important role in providing all of our students with a high quality experience whilst on a diverse range of placements. &nbsp;Excellent relationships with academic, professional services and practice colleagues on and off campus is essential. You will therefore need to be a confident and able communicator. &nbsp;You will provide administrative support to the Clinical Placements Centre team in day-to-day operations and collaborate with colleagues across the University to ensure adherence to key policies and procedures.</p><p>We are seeking a proactive individual with good administrative knowledge, or willingness to develop this skill. As a member of the Systems team in DS, you will collaborate closely with Estates to ensure their integrated platforms&mdash;such as CAFM, Building Management, Access Control, and Document Management&mdash;are reliable, secure, and continuously improved to meet operational and strategic needs.           <title><![CDATA[ResLife Student Assistants / Senior ResLife Student Assistants (RSA26)]]></title>

            <p id="isPasted">The University of Lincoln is looking for highly motivated individuals, interested in prositively impacting the student experience and developing their own personal and professional skills, to join the ResLife Team.</p><p>The ResLife Team currently consists of 14 ResLife Student Assistants (RSA) and 7 Senior ResLife Assistants (SRA). To be eligible to apply for the RSA roles, individuals must be studying at undergraduate (second year and above) or postgraduate level in the 2025-26 academic year and be studying for the whole academic year from September 2026 - August 2027.</p><p>The ResLife Team provides a further avenue of support to students, in addition to the teams within the Student Support and Student Wellbeing Centres, with the aim of providing an accessible source of support and someone to talk to, outside of the standard 9-5 operating hours of the University. The ResLife team actively work as part of a rota, offering support to students via phone and in person. They work both reactively, responding to incidents and proactively, contacting student apartments to offer support and guidance.</p><p>The ResLife Team also organises and delivers events, activities, trips, and awareness campaigns, as well as working at University of Lincoln events such as open days.</p><p>To effectively carry out their role, the role has a requirement to live in university owned and managed accommodation, fulfilling a commitment of 8 hours per week (2 x 4 hour shifts) for Senior ResLife Assistants and 6.5 or 7.5 hours a week (2 x 3.75 or 2 x 3.25 hour shifts) for ResLife Student Assistants for every week of the accommodation agreement worked. SRAs and RSAs will be provided with a contribution towards their rent (specified below). There will also be a requirement to arrive early for a 2-week training period which will commence at the end of august / beginning of September. Attending the training period is a mandatory part of the role and successful candidates must be available to attend in person &ndash; accommodation will be provided for these two weeks in a temporary location together for team building.&nbsp;</p><p>The 26-27 hourly and weekly rates of pay will be announced in April 2026, but for context the 25-26 rates were as follows:&nbsp;</p><p>Senior ResLife Assistants, level 3 position &ndash; 7.5 or 8 hours per week, &pound;14.4985 per hour). Rent contribution = &pound;108.74 (7.5 hours per week), or &pound;115.988 (8 hours per week), for each week worked of the accommodation agreement period.&nbsp;</p><p>ResLife Student Assistants, level 2 position &ndash; 6.5 or 7.5 hours per week, &pound;14.2763 per hour). Rent contribution = &pound;107.07 (7.5 hours per week) or &pound;92.796 (6.5 hours per week), for each week worked of the accommodation agreement period.&nbsp;</p><p>We may also have some part time ResLife Student Assistants, level 2 positions &ndash; 3.5 hours per week, &pound;14.2763 per hour). Rent contribution = &pound;49.97 per week of the accommodation agreement period.</p><p>Successful candidates will be able to select their accommodation of choice (from available university managed residences only), with the hourly rate contribution of rent being applied weekly for every week worked for the duration of the accommodation agreement from their university accommodation payments.&nbsp;</p><p>Please note there is no requirement for the ResLife team to live together for the 26/27 academic year as shifts will be worked in receptions, event locations. If you wish to live with a friend, or someone else on the team, you can specify that in your accommodation application.
